This is a volunteer job that I've been doing quarterly for a couple years. I connected with the coordinators of the project at a conference and they asked me to come up with a better design than what they had. With all due respect to them, it wasn't anything to write home about. I wanted the new design to be fairly simple and clean as the demographic was a wide variety of people. I also took the photo in the header at the conference.
